- The Guardian Unlimited The Guardian's Web site attracts around 14 million visitors a month.
- Comment Is Free The Guardian's comment area plays host to hundreds of contributors of all political persuasions from around the globe. The site also links to the paper's regular bloggers, which include an editors' blog, where senior staff share the editorial process and decision making behind the daily news mix.
- UK: Press Gazette This weekly trade magazine reports on the British broadcasting and media industries and provides useful resource tools to professional journalists.
- Private Eye One of Britain's oldest, best-loved (and probably most litigated against) satirical magazines takes regular aim at the British media and political establishments. In its long-running column "Pseuds Corner," which draws attention to the more pompous, self-serving prose of the week, Guardian writers often find themselves the butt of the joke.
- The National Union of Journalists (NUJ) Celebrating its 100-year anniversary this year, the NUJ serves the interests of journalists in the United Kingdom and Ireland, and their citizens working abroad. The union was bloodied and battered during the Thatcher years of the 1980s, when many media organizations tried to de-unionize their workforce. Today, the union has a 35,000-plus membership and represents the interests of journalists in many areas of the profession, including labor disputes, ethical practices, press freedoms, and training.
- British Papers The site includes a directory of all the national broadsheets and tabloid newspapers published in the United Kingdom, with links and a brief synopsis for each.
